We succeed by investing in solid properties that offer short and long term potential. Our strategy is to acquire undervalued and underperforming buildings, to methodically revitalize them. These improvements can include improving the management of the building to upgrades. This in turn generates a building that is at it’s highest and best use with an improved occupant experience, all while rejuvenating the neighborhood. We focus our efforts on sustainable growth markets like Alberta.
